Otjiwarongo FC currently has 6 youth teams from the age groups of under 7 to under 17. Approximatly 100 children are trained weekly.

Unfortunalty these teams however do not compete in a league, as there is nothing as such available in Otjiwarongo. However there is a tournament circuit in which they compete. These football youth development tournaments take place in Windhoek, Otjiwarongo and Swakopmund and are annual events.

Furthermore at Otjiwarongo FC we feel that it is of utmost importance to educate the players in a number of social aspects, like HIV/Aids, Drug and Alcohol use, the importance of education and more. We believe by educating our players and indirectly their families, we can ensure a brighter future for the community at large.
