Record victory against Equal Rights FC It was off to Otavi on Saturday morning for the game against Equal Rights. The pitch was uneven and muddy, worse than 2 weeks ago when we won 2-0 against Cosmos there. The lineup was the same as the Cosmos game, with the exception of Evidence Kukuri who had work comitments. In the 5th minute a penalty was not awarded to OFC and again the thoughts cam as to will we manage to score on this pitch. However all was different that 2 weeks ago when it took 75 minutes to score. Wesley Ngazekarie scored 1 minute after the disallowed penalty and by 10 minutes it was already 4-0. |

Equal Rights FC vs Otjiwarongo FC We will be travelling to Otavi again this weekend, where we will be taking on Equal Rights tommorrow at 16h00. Our last outing on Otavi's horrible pitch was 2-0 in favour for us, when we beat Cosmos 2 weeks ago. The field is in a very bad state, but we hope that we can again put a good performance together against Equal Rights. |

Three valuable away points in Otavi Air Masters FC again proved to strong for us on Saturday when we lost 2-1 in Grootfontein. The game however started well, with Hansi Beukes scoring from the spot after only 20 minutes into the game putting us in front. Masters goalkeeper brought Beukes down in the box when he was clear on goal. Instead of a red card the referee only however produced a yellow. |

It is Air Masters FC again This weekend sees the OFC boys travel to Grootfontein again. As last weekend in the NFA Cup we again play Air Masters FC, but this time around it is a league fixture. In the last outing we lost 3-2 to Air Masters and we hope to give a far better display of football this time. The team has prepared well for the upcoming game and wants to bring back the 3 points to settle in the top half of the log. Hansi Beukes our 2 year under 17 team captain will be on board this time, as well as goalkeeper Kaloki Kamatjipose and we are sure that the presence of both these players will strenghten the squad. With Evans Ipinge still out, OFC Captain Franz Kandundu will be taking over the left defender position. |
